Muffuletta-Style Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Pasta
– 12 Black Olives (sliced)
– 1 bunch Parsley
– 2 cucumbers (peeled and finally chopped in cubes)
– 1 can Baby Corn
– 1 can Pineapple Chunks
– ½ cup Onions (chopped)
– ½ teaspoon Mustard Paste
– ½ teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
– 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
– Grounded Black Pepper (to taste)
– Salt (to taste)
– Mozzarella Cheese (Crushed)
– Beef (finally cooked and smoked and chopped)

    Take some water in a saucepan and let it boil for sometime. When the water starts bubbling add pasta in it and let it cook. Keep on checking the pasta from time to time to see whether it’s done or not. Once the pasta is cooked completely, drain it with cold water and set aside.

    Next, add black olives, parsley, pinch of salt, Tabasco sauce, baby corn, pineapple chunks, mustard paste, chopped onions, beef, olive oil and grounded black pepper in a bowl along with cheese and mix well. Mix it with the pasta that you have just cooked and refrigerate it for about half an hour.
