Ingredients:
Seeded cucumbers – peeled and chopped: 2 medium
Tomatoes – finely chopped: 2 medium
Green bell pepper – thinly chopped:  ½ cup
Jalapeno pepper – seeded and finely minced: 1
Onion – nicely chopped: 1 small
Clove garlic – finely minced: 1
Lime juice – freshly extracted juice is preferred: 2 tablespoons
Parsley – fresh and minced: 1 teaspoon
Cilantro – fresh and minced: 2 teaspoons
Dried dill weed: ½ teaspoon
Salt – kosher salt is preferred: ½ teaspoon
Tortilla chips – for serving (optional): 1 package (about 12 ounce)

    Set a large mixing bowl on your kitchen’s counter and place the peeled and chopped cucumber slices in it.

    Add in the mentioned ratios of the finely chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, clove garlic, parsley, cilantro, and dried dill weed.

    Use a large fork to mix all the ingredients until uniform. You can use your hand for the mixing purpose, but make sure that it is washes and clean or simply wear a disposable glove.
