First of all you have to clean the pumpkin seeds. You can separate the seeds while carving the pumpkin. After separating the seeds from the flesh and strings of your pumpkin, just wash them which you can do easily by putting them in a large bowl containing water and rubbing them well with the help of your hands. After cleaning them with water, just drain them in a strainer for around thirty minutes. After that, spread them on a baking pan and dry them (you can use a hair dryer to dry them quickly or you can even place them in hot oven at 120 to 150 Fahrenheit).
