Preheat the oven at a temperature of 350°F. In addition to that, lightly grease the baking pan on all sides so that the dip does not stick at the bottom during baking. Oil and butter can be used for this purpose but make sure that a moderate quantity is used as excess oil or butter at the bottom could cause a change in taste of the dip

In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, basil, salt, pepper and garlic salt and mix the ingredients. Thoroughly stir the mixture of ingredients until they are well combined. Now add the can of artichoke hearts and spinach into the bowl and stir with a wooden spatula.

It is important to mix everything gently so that everything is well combined in the end. Make sure to clean the sides of the bowl and when the mixture is ready, pour everything in the baking pan. Spread the dip evenly in the dish and spread the ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and wait for a good 25 minutes until the dip is ready. A good way to determine whether the dish is ready is to put in a toothpick in the centre of the baking pan and if that comes out clean, the dip should be removed from the oven. Serve immediately with crackers.
