How to Make a Valentine’s Day Vodka Martini

Ingredients:

– 1/8 cup Absolute Kurant
– 1/8 cup Raspberry Schnapps
– 1/8 cup Lime Juice
– 1/8 cup Sparkling wine – Asti Sparkling wine is preferred
– Some edible rose petals – fresh
– Fresh blackberries for Garnishing – Optional
– Chocolate-covered strawberries for Serving – Optional

    Cut a fresh lemon and squeeze its juice into a plate. Now, dip the rim of your cocktail glasses into the lemon juice one by one, moving the glasses so the complete rim is covered in lemon juice.

    Now you need to line the rims of the same glasses in power sugar before placing them in the refrigerator. The lemon and power sugar will add a unique flavour to your drink without overdoing it and your guests are going to be wondering how you did it.

    Now pour 1/8 cup of Absolute Kurant and 1/8 cup of sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker.

    Top the Kurant-wine mixture with 1/8 cup of raspberry schnapps and the same quantity of fresh lime juice.
