How to Use Eggs as Conditioner

Things Required:

– Egg yolk
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Break up and egg and pour out the yolk into a bowl. Now whisk it well so that the yolk breaks down completely.

    Pour in the olive oil and whisk again so that the yolk and the oil are mixed well. If olive oil is not available you can use baby oil. If you are not going to use it right now, cover it up with a plastic film. If you are, proceed to the next step.

    Wet your hair and wash it with the shampoo properly so that your hair is clean. Let the excess water drain out. Now pour half the egg mixture on top of your head and use your fingers to spread it over your hair, covering maximum area. Use the other half to condition the bottom side of your hair. If you have split end problem, concentrate on the ends of your hair because you need the egg to work there.

    Once your head is covered, leave the condition on for ten minutes so that it sets in and does its work. You can also put on a shower cap. After ten minutes, take a shower in lukewarm water and make sure that your hair is clean of the egg mixture completely.
