White spots, medically referred as vitiligo or leucoderma, are one of the most common skin issues, especially during summer.     - Apply sunscreen lotion or sun-block lotion – with proper ratio of SPF

    Use only a good quality mild soap, rich in moisturizing oils, to wash the affected area twice a day and then pat it dry softly. It helps in preventing any further fungal infection on your skin. Avoid other soaps or face-washes.

    Apple Cider Vinegar

    If you don’t have a mild soap available in hand, then use a water-apple cider vinegar mixture. Add few drops of apple cider vinegar to lukewarm water and rinse the affected area of your body with it twice per day. It keeps the infected area clean, kills fungi and bacteria, reducing the white spots.

The best thing you can do is, apply some vitamin E oil to the affected area twice per day, before going to bed and early in the morning. Additionally, increase the intake of sources of Vitamin E like Wheat germ oil, Sunflower seeds, Almonds, Sunflower oil, Hazelnuts, Peanuts, Kiwifruit, Tomato and mango etc.

    Try Some Home Remedies

    Given below are some wonderful home remedies to cure white spots on skin:

    Remedy 1: Place tablespoons of pure honey in a medium bowl and top it with 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder, rice powder, and turmeric powder. Use a spoon to mix them well. Cover the white spots on your skin with this paste, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse off with tap water.

    Remedy 2: Peel a piece of ginger and rub it on the white spots for 2 to 3 minutes. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing off with water. Repeat it three times per day until you get rid of the white spots on skin. You can also apply the juice of ginger.

    Remedy 3: Pour some water into a clean a copper vessel, cover it and leave overnight. Drink it early in the next morning on an empty stomach.

    Remedy 4: Crush some fresh cabbage leaves and extract their juice. Dip some cotton balls into the cabbage juice and gently dab the white spots with it. Let the juice sit on your skin for 10 minutes and then wash with water.

    Remedy 5: Grind some black gram until finely powdered. Place the powder in a small bowl and top with some water. Stir until it forms a thick but smooth paste. Apply it to the white spots and wash after ten minutes.

    Remedy 6: Crush some reddish seeds until powdered. Mix the powder with 2 teaspoons vinegar to form a smooth paste. Apply it to the infected area of your skin and rinse off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

    Remedy 7: Beat equal quantity of ginger juice and red clay until it forms a thick and smooth paste. Apply it to the white spots and leave for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly dry. Wash off with cold water.
