How to Visit the Contemporary Museum in Sydney, Australia
The Museum of Contemporary Art is located in the beautiful city of Sydney in Australia and is one of the most unique museums in the country as it is totally dedicated to exhibiting, collecting and interpreting all the great work done by artists of the contemporary era from all over the country and all over the world as well. The programs of the exhibitions here change every day so there is always something new to see for visitors.

Level Access
You can go to the MCA through the main entrance of the George Street, The Rocks or via a lift access at the Circular Quay West. Public areas of the museum like the MCA Store, MCA Cafe, galleries and Restaurants are accessible through lifts. -

Parking Space
Opposite to the entrance of the Museum at George Street, you can find parking spaces for vehicles that are allowed to use the designated public parking spaces. You can also park your car at a short distance from the Museum at Wilson Parking, 155 George Street, The Rocks. And if you don’t find a parking space there, you can always go to Wilson Parking Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, The Rocks. If you are looking for a Valet parking, that can be found at the Park Hyatt, 7 Hickson Road, The Rocks. -

Wheelchairs
For the physically disabled, wheelchairs are available and you can borrow these at no cost from the Information Desk that’s located on Level 1. -

Guide Dogs
Assistance and guide dogs are allowed at the Museum of Contemporary Art and at the information desk, you will find a water bowl too. -

Hearing Loops
You will be allowed to have the hearing loops in the Veolia Lecture Theatre, Seminar Room when you go to the National Centre for Creative Learning which is located on Level 6, Rooftop Venues. -

Restrooms
Restrooms are fully accessible at all times and can be found on the ground level, levels 2 and 3, level 4 Cafe, level 6 Rooftop Venues and at the aforementioned National Centre for Creative Learning. -

Open Hours
From Monday to Wednesday, the museum will remain open from 10:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, on Thursday from 10:00 A.M till 9:00 P.M and from Friday to Sunday till 10:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
