Butter: 1/2 cup

Before starting anything you should carefully wash or clean your hands and work area that you will be using to prepare this delicious recipe. Also, wash all of the ingredients, utensils and other items that you will need to put together this meal. Always keep your work surface clean and free of clutter so that you can find what you are looking for while you are cooking.

Take a bowl and add chicken in it then season the chicken by adding salt and pepper. You can control the seasoning by limiting the amount of salt and pepper that you use. This will not have any impact on the overall taste or flavour of the recipe.

Dredge the chicken with flour. Make sure it is properly covered. Take your time to ensure that the flour is properly covered over the entire chicken.

Put butter in a skillet and let it melt over the heat. Place the chicken in and let it brown. Be careful to keep checking the chicken as you do not want to burn it. Make sure that the chicken gets properly cooked evenly on both sides and also from the middle.

Take out the chicken by setting the butter aside. In the same skillet add the mentioned vegetables in the recipe. Cook them until they get tender, it will hardly take 5 minutes to cook them. You will want to watch the vegetables as you cook them so that they do not get too soft.
