Steps to Cook Chicken Chili
You are tired of having the conventional chicken stuff and now want to try something different. Going out somewhere to dine out will certainly provide a different taste but the wallet will certainly lose some weight. Instead of sliming your wallet it is better to try the recipe of a dish that you want to go and eat outside. Ingredients:
boneless chicken: 500-600gms
Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
corn flour or corn starch: 2 tbsp
finely chopped green chilies: 5-6
finely chopped green onion tops: 2
garlic paste: 1 tsp
Salt To Taste
white pepper powder or to taste: ½ tsp
sugar: 1 tsp
cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Ajinimoto (Chinese Salt): 1 pinch

Wash the chicken thoroughly and then marinate chicken pieces into 1tbsp Soya sauce and garlic paste and leave it for at-least 10 to 15 minutes.

In a pan containing heated oil add the cumin seeds and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.

In a separate pan prepare gravy by heating 1 tbsp oil with garlic paste, adding green chilies and sauté cooking for some time.

After that boil 2 cups of water and add sugar, pepper powder, salt, ajinomoto and remaining Soya sauce to the above mixture followed by adding fried chicken pieces and continue cooking for some more time.

If you want to have more curry, add some corn flour to the mixture cooking for 2 to 3 minutes but with constant stirring to avoid lumps.

Once you see that the water in the pan is drying up and there are traces of oil developing on the surface turn off the burner or simply remove the pan.

The Chicken Chili is now ready. You can enjoy serving it with boiled rice or as it is.
