It is early morning and you have to drop your kids to the school and then you will be on your way to work. However, it is unlikely that you do not buy the kids something for their lunch break. If you ask for their choice they would certainly not come up anything less than a bakery item. There is nothing wrong to buy your kids something from the bakery once or twice a week.
Ingredients
- Skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Olive oil
Instructions
- First of all wash the chicken thoroughly with cold water and take the skin of the breast pieces. You can Chicken with bone as well as boneless.
- It is good to pat the chicken to dry using a tissue paper or any cloth that can absorb the water.
- Once the chicken breasts have dried enough start brushing them with Olive oil and sprinkle lemon pepper thoroughly.
- Leave the Chicken breasts for sometime so that the lemon paper is properly absorbed.
- Before putting in the oven first preheat it to 375°F for at least 15 minutes.
- Now put the chicken inside and bake for at least 15 minutes.
- It is advised to change the sides if chicken breasts for better baking.
- When the color of chicken has turned opaque and there is no more pink juice dripping off the pieces, turn the oven off and enjoy baked chicken breast with French fries and tomato sauce.
