1
Turn your oven and preheat it to 350 degrees. Take the baking pan and lightly grease it. Pour some all purpose flour into it and shake the pan to spread the flour all around it. This makes sure that the cake comes out smooth and neat after baking.

Add the sugar, baking powder, flour, salt and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix these all ingredients really well. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add to them the mixture you just created.
-
3
Melt butter in a pan and add it to the flour and banana mixture above. Use a large spoon to mix all the ingredients together. Beat two eggs and add them to this mixture. Make a fine consistent batter for the cake.

Pour this batter into the pan you prepared earlier. Bake for around an hour. Check whether the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick or knife in the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean and smoothly, the cake is ready. Take it out and let it cool down in the pan for around ten minutes. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool down completely.
Try to limit the number of times you open the oven to check if the bread is ready because it increases the cooking time and also affects consistency. Check only after the bread starts turning a brown shade.
