Prepare the loaf pan first. Grease it lightly so that the batter does not stick to the bottom and sides. Pour in some flour and shake the pan to spread the flour around. This helps in getting the bread out smoothly and neatly.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees so that it is warm when you put in the bread to bake.

Take a large mixing bowl. Add to it the flour, baking soda, walnuts, sugar and salt. Sift all these together really well. Now mash up the ripe bananas. Add these to the mixing bowl.  Beat the eggs in another small mixing bowl till they are frothy. Add them to the large mixing bowl.

Soften up the butter in a pan and add it to the mixture you made above. Stir everything together to make a smooth bread batter. Pour the batter neatly into the baking pan you greased and floured earlier.

Bake the bread for an hour. Check if baked well by inserting a tooth pick in the middle of the bread. If it comes out neatly, your bread is ready. Let it cool in the pan for ten minutes before shifting to a wire rack.
