How to Make Audio Adjustments in Adobe Premiere Pro
If you want to edit your video or any audio clip, then there is nothing better than using Adobe Premiere Pro, as it is regarded as one of the best audio and video editing software available in the market. The program includes full-featured audio mixer, and if you are a new user, then you may not have to use most of the features available. If you are using the program for the first time, then you may need to adjust few things in order to avoid any problems that you can face while editing your audio clips.

Click the “Audio Mixer” tab to access the audio mixing options. Usually, the “Audio Mixer” tab is available at the Source Monitor or Effects Controls tab present at the right side of the program window.

Look at the Master metre. Make sure that the audio level is not above 0 dB, which indicates that the audio is too loud. In the meantime, it should not be lying below -18 dB, which means that the audio is almost quite. Adjust the level of the audio accordingly.

If you have multiple tracks on your timeline, then you can expand options for each of the tracks by clicking the arrow present at the left of the name of the track. For instance, if you have two tracks on your timeline, named as “Track 1” and “Track 2”, and you want to expand options for the first track, then you need to click on the arrow that is placed just besides the “Track 1”.

If you want to mute a specific track’s audio, then you will have to click the mute icon present at the far left of the track’s name. Usually, the icon will look like a speaker. In order to turn the audio back on, you will have to click the icon once again.

In the “Audio Mixer”, you will find different meters appearing for each of the tracks that are present on your timeline. Therefore, you can individually change their preferences, such as volume adjustment or applying “Mute” option.

If you want to expand the options available in the right side panel, then you should click on the small arrow at the right side of the panel.
