How to Make an Appointment with Apple Genius Bar
Apple Genius Bar is more than what you think it. Not only you can submit your problem or find solutions on it, you can directly make an appointment to any available genius on Apple Retail store. Back when Apple decided to add the feature in the device, most of the people did not realized the power of it. Apple Genius Bar can do more than just solving your technical problems. You can make an Appointment either by visiting an Apple store or online which is generally most efficient way. To book an appointment online go to apple.com.

In the next window the site will ask you to select your product either its an iPhone, mac, iPod or an iPad. Before it let you continue with the appointment, it will ask you to try some common troubleshooting techniques such as restore to factory settings etc.
If none of the common troubleshooting technique works, sync your device and take backup of your data and continue to next window.

On the left hand side of the window you will see types of reservation. Underneath genius bar, click reserve and a window will show you in popup available times on the certain dates. Select the time which suits you best and click next to continue.

At this step provide your Apple id and then press confirm.
It's all done, apple will email you regarding your appointment. Visit the store on the date and time you reserved.
