    Inserting Flickr Photos and YouTube Videos

    First of all open Microsoft Word or PowerPoint 2013, and move your cursor on the file button located on the top left corner of the window. Click here to open the application menu.

    Go to the Account option in the menu and click it. This will open your Office 2013 connected account detail window. Now, click on the Add a service tab. Click on the very first option Images & Videos, and select Flick or YouTube from the given options.

    If you have selected Flickr, then you need to connect to your Flickr account and allow Office 2013 to access all your photos available in Flickr. Microsoft Office can read and access your images on Flickr, but cannot delete them. Also add the YouTube service after adding the Flickr account.

    In order to insert the photos from Flickr, click the Insert option in the menu bar. Now, click on Online Pictures.

    All the images in your Flickr account will now be listed along with some online images.

    In order to add YouTube videos, move your cursor on the Online Videos in the insert tab.  You will be given some options to search your video and insert it. Now, search for the required video and add that video in the document.
