Application Form
Application form can be collected from the visa section of the Embassy of the republic of Zimbabwe in Ottawa. It can also be downloaded from the official website of the Embassy. The form can also be downloaded in a PDF format from the link below;

Requirements
Following requirements have to be met to get Zimbabwe's tourist visit visa:
a) Application form that is signed and completed by the applicant,
b) Passport that should be valid for at least six months,
c) Two passport sized photographs in light colour background,
d) Visa fee,
e) Travel itinerary,
f) Hotel booking. -

Visa Fee
Visa Fee is given as below:
Single Entry Visa: CDN $100.00
Multiple Entry Visa: CDN $ 125.00
Fee can only be submitted by Money Order or Banker’s Draft. Money Order should be made payable to the “Embassy of the Zimbabwe in Ottawa”.

Submission of Application
Application can be submitted in person or by postal service. In person application can be submitted between working hours that are 09:30 to 12:30 from Monday to Friday. In case of mail, you should use registered postal service and also send prepaid, self-addressed, stamped return envelope with your application to receive back your visa.

Processing Time
All visa application takes about 10 working days. However, you should consult with the embassy for the exact time.

Collect Visa
You can collect your visa from the visa section of the embassy between 1:00 to 3:00 from Monday to Friday. If you submit your application by postal service, your visa will be sent back to you by postal service.
