How to Make a Quick Midnight Snack
Eating late at night can be really harmful for your body, because the only action that follows is sleeping. During sleeps, respiration gets slower than normal, and there is no ways for the calories to get burnt. However, there are some circumstances in which you have to have some late night snack, commonly known as midnight snack. One such situation is that of a student who has to study through the night. The important thing in these snacks is that they should not be overly fatty and can be instantly made. It is not necessary that you cook these items; you should have the base ingredients and then innovate as per your taste.

Nachos
They are light, tasty and take no time in preparation as Doritos (plain or flavoured) can be stored in an air tight jar. Take them out, sprinkle them with cheese and put them in an oven till the time the cheese melts. These Doritos can then be eaten with a mayonnaise sauce.

Egg Sandwiches
This is also a very nutritious option late at night. Boil two eggs and cut them into thin slices. Now cut slices of cucumber and tomatoes. Toast the bread slightly and then apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on them. Assemble the slices of egg and vegetables inside the toasts and you are good to go.
The other way to go about the sandwiches is to make an omelette, but that will be a tad too oily.
