Ingredients
- Dried yellow noodles - 4 oz
- Onion (sliced) - 1
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Minced pork - 1 lb
- Oyster sauce - ½ cup
- Green onions (chopped) - ¼ cup
- Head bak choy (chopped) - 1
- White pepper - 2 tsp
Instructions
- Making Asian noodles with minced meat is extremely easy and does not take a lot of your time. You will need all the basic ingredients required to make this recipe. Get ready to treat yourself with this delicious meal.
- Soak the noodles in cold water.
- Sautee the onions in a medium sized saucepan with oil in it.
- Once the onions are brown, remove them from the pan and put them in a separate plate. Leave the oil in the saucepan because it will be used later for something else.
- Put mince pork and oyster sauce inside the pan.
- Cook them for at least 5 minutes and let it cook until you are fully satisfied.
- You must allow everything to boil while you are cooking noodles and bak choy.
- Boil water in a separate pot and put noodles inside that pot.
- Keep cooking the noodles in that pot until al dente.
- Boil the vegetables until they are tender.
