Vegan people, ones who avoid any animal products, are in for a treat! This particular chocolate cake is extremely tasty. You can use rice flour and add chocolate chips with nuts to give this cake a special taste.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour – 1 ½ cup
- Vegetable oil – ⅓ cup
- White sugar – 1 cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
- Distilled white vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Now you need to mix together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Now add oil with vinegar, vanilla and water.
- Mix together all these ingredients until you form a smooth paste.
- Pour the mixture into a preparing pan.
- Bake it at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow it to cool down.
- Serve and enjoy!
