How to Make Veal in Cream and Cheese Sauce

Veal made in cream and cheese sauce is one of the tastiest recipes. It is not very difficult to make and take very less time as compared to other cuisines. You can serve veal during the family dinners or at some other gatherings.

Utensils: Cups, saucepan, spoons, frying pan, skillet and bowls.

Ingredients:
Veal loin chops: 5
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Dry bread crumbs: 1/4 cup
Beaten egg: 1
Grated parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Copu sour cream: 1
Shredded cheese (swiss, mozarella, or monterey jack): 1 cup
Noodles or Rice
Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Dash of pepper
Mushrooms, drained: 1 can
Onion, thinly sliced: 1

    Take a skillet and pour some cooking oil in it. Then, preheat the skillet on medium heat and add the onions and mushrooms in it. You don’t have to cook them for long, just wait until the time when they become brown and take them out right away. Place them in a plate separately.

    Now, take a large bowl and put the crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and parmesan cheese in it. Mix everything well. After that, take the eggs and break them in a small bowl. Dip the chops in the bowl containing eggs and then in the big bowl which contains the crumb mixture.

    Cook the crumbed chops in hot cooking oil and remove them after they get brown.

    Put the mushrooms and onions to the skillet again. You should add some water to the skillet if the veal is not thin. You will have to cook on medium-high heat after covering the skillet. Keep on stirring and cook for around ten minutes.

    After cooking, place it in a dish or bowl and add some sour cream and cheese onto it before serving. You can serve it as it is or along with the rice or noodles.
