1
Start with face
Use a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type to wash all the dirt and dust off your face. Use a natural scrub like a mixture of brown sugar and olive oil to exfoliate your skin. In the meanwhile, boil water in a large container and pour it into the bathroom sink. Add some essential oils to the hot water and use it to steam your face for about 5 to 10 minutes after washing off the exfoliator. In the end apply an over-the-counter or homemade facial mask. Allow the mask to dry and then rinse your face. Check your face for unwanted hair growth, thread and bleach if necessary. -
2
Oral hygiene
After you are done with the face, its time to pay attention to your mouth. Brush and floss your teeth. Swish around your favourite mouthwash in your mouth for a few seconds and then spit it out. For extra white teeth and a nice smile, use whitening strips. -
3
Manicure and pedicure
Don’t forget your hands and feet. Rub a cleansing milk or any other moisturising lotion on your hands and feet and then give them a nice soak in soapy solution. Push back your cuticles and trim the nails. Once you are done, paint your nails with a colour of your choice and let them air dry. -
4
Shampoo and condition your hair
Wash and condition your hair as usual. If your hair are extremely dry and need a special treatment, deep condition them before shampooing. To deep condition, generously apply conditioner to dry hair and cover them with a shower cap. Set the blow dryer to medium or low and heat your hair for 15 minutes. Once your hair have completely warmed, remove the shower cap to shampoo and condition your hair. -
5
Take a shower
Use a scented body wash to remove all the sweat and grime off your body. With the body wash still on, scrub your body with a Loofah to exfoliate. Rinse your body thoroughly after that. -
6
Take a bath
It’s time to take a good long soak in the bathtub. Fill your bathtub with warm water, add essential oils of your choice. For a special touch, you can also float some fresh flowers or petals on the top of the water. Get into the bathtub with your hair tied up in a ponytail, rest your neck on a comfortable bath pillow, close your eyes and relax. Stay in for 20 to 30 minutes, then get out, pat dry yourself with a clean soft towel and spray a refreshing mist of rosewater. -
7
Tone and plump your skin
Place some ice cubes into a plastic bag and rub it gently over your body for few minutes. Keep on rubbing the ice bag on your face and body until your skin is damp and soft.
