Breastfeeding is desirable from birth to six months. Feed the newborn 10 to 12 times per day. Lessen the course of action from 6 to 8 feeding after 3 months. Milk formula, yogurt, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese can help your child when he is striving for food. You can include variety in your child’s diet including different varieties of meat except pork about 100 grams per day.

Half boiled egg or one egg in the form of an omelette is better to fulfil the proteins in his/her body. You can add vegetables and butter with the egg.
