How to Use Google Image Search to Find People
Google introduced Google image in July 2001. It is basically a search service by Google that allows users to search people using images. The introduction of Google image has revolutionised internet in many ways and no one can deny that. It allows users to search the web from image content. The theme behind Google image search is that the keywords are based on the filename of the image as well as the link text pointing to the image. In addition to that, text adjacent to the image also comes under the banner of keywords.

When you search for an image, you will see a thumbnail for each and every matching image displayed on the screen. By clicking on a thumbnail, you will be directed to the original website that holds the image. This can give you the required information about the person you are looking for and you can even view the full-sized image if you want.

There are four ways to use Google image search to find people, which are Drag and drop, Upload an image, Copy and paste the URL for an image, Right-click an image on the web.

Drag and drop
You can simply drag and drop an image into the search box on images.google.com. You can either choose an image from the web if you know anything about the person you are looking to search or if you have a picture of the person on your computer, you can simply drag and drop into the search box. This will do the job for you and like other forms of Google search results; you will see a number of images displayed on the screen. You can see all the images and check if the matching results are of any use or not. -

Upload an image
The second method to use Google image search to find people is to upload an image. If you do not want to use drag and drop method, you can upload an image in order to search people on the web. If you have a picture of the person you are looking to find on the internet, you can upload the image to images.google.com. -

You can even use the URL of an image to search the matching images result if you don’t have the pictures on your computer -

You can install an extension for Google search to make things faster. After that you can simply right click on the image and view matching images.
