If you can’t access the online application form then contact the Emirates Identity Authority or DNRD office to get Passport application form.

    How to fill the Form: The Passport Application Form is processed and verified through the Electronic bar code machines. Please follow the instructions given below:





    (a) Please provide the information in capital letters to fill up the application form. Information provided in the passport form will be printed as it is on your passport. For that reason, you have to be watchful to fill up the application form and avoid overwriting & mistakes.

    (b). Use black or blue ball pen only, avoid pencils or ink pen to fill the application form.

    (c). While filling up the information, please leave one box as a blank to separate the first and last name.

    (d). The Characters in each box should not touch the boundary of the box. Keep in mind that you have to adjust the information within the given number of boxes. Avoid writing any information or comments outside the box


    (e). Any Application without complete information will be discarded.

    Where to Submit: Once you have completed the application and you have submitted the form for a UAE passport. You are advised to pick the passport up at the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department (DNRD).
