You can make many kinds of shortcakes with bisquick at your home. Shortcakes can be served at family get-togethers or parties. In addition, you can also serve them along with the breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a perfect blend of sugar, margarine, strawberries, cool whip lite and bisquick mix and is very delicious and healthy.
Ingredients
- Bisquick mix: 2⅓ cup
- Milk: ½ cup
- Sugar: 3 tbsp
- Margarine (melted): 3 tbsp
- Sliced strawberries: 4 cups
Instructions
- First of all, you have to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a bowl and add milk, sugar and margarine into it. Mix all the ingredients well with each other with the help of a fork.
- Take a cooking sheet and put around twelve spoonfuls of cooking oil on it. Place the mixture on the cooking sheet and place it in the oven.
- Bake the mixture for around ten to twelve minutes. You have to keep it in the oven until it gets brown and firm.
- Take the cooking sheet out and let it cool down a little bit for few minutes. Cut the cake into small pieces.
- You can use the cool whip as topping. Serve the shortcakes along with some juice and enjoy.
