Google Launches Google Offers App for Iphone

iPhone users can now have a simple way to find Google offers from their Smartphones. Google has just revealed the official Google offers app for iPhone on the company’s blog of Google Mobile. The app is just like Google Offers Android app, which was launched in last year.

The new iPhone app will eventually help U.S. users to buy deals right from the app and find nearby offers easily. In addition, with the help of this app, users don’t need to take a print of anything; they simply show their Smartphone to the cashier with the app open to redeem it. Obviously, it saves on paper, and users don’t need to find a printer before redeeming the deal. This new app is relatively faster and also offers many new features.

Google offers will also inform iPhone users about new deals and alerts, when their deals are about to finish so the money isn’t wasted. The app is absolutely free and present the users with a map full of offers in their area.

However, the Google Offers service is accessible in selective cities of U.S., but the app is extremely helpful for those who live in those cities, or for the iPhone users who are interested in online deals.

Google is certainly introducing Google Offers into its Google Maps for Android product in the coming months. It is expected that Google will offer a separate iOS version of Maps as well, it seems like Apple will also do the same integration on its platform.

Google’s app, of course, is quite similar to its two biggest rivals Groupon and LivingSocial, as they are offering the same service. However, Google is still trying to grab the market and it’s in fact a bit of surprise that it took the company to a verge where it has to launch an iOS version of this app.
