Change the Number of Reps
Changing the number of reps is another great way of changing your workout without changing exercises. This can be done by increasing them in such a way that you are pushed to the limit. Regular weight lifters do not feel a real burn after performing a set because of the same number of reps they perform on a daily basis. If you are performing 8-10 reps, increases that to 12 or 15 to have to really push for it each and every set. -

Change the Weight and Routine
Many people continue working out with the same weight and routine on a daily basis for weeks and months at a time. This only forces your body to get used-to the routine and weight. If you feel that you can easily perform a specific number of reps and sets, let’s say for your bench press, than kicking up the weight a notch would be a good idea. Also, changing around how you perform the exercises is another good way to spice things up by performing a bench press, cross over and pull-ups one day, while mixing that up the next time you’re working out your chest.
