Place a generous amount of soap or hand-wash in to the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together quickly in order to create a rich lather. Work the front and back of each hand, making sure to rub them clean. Wash between your fingers as well as under your nails. It is also important to soap up to the wrists for the most effective clean possible.
