    Application Form

    Visa Application form can be collected from the Syrian Embassy in London. However, it can also be downloaded from the official website of the Embassy. You will get an option to fill the Application form online and print it. Remember you should follow the instruction given on the online application form. Print the application from only after filling and submitting.

    Requirements

    Below are given the required documents and set conditions that you must meet in order to get a Syrian tourist visit visa:


    (a)    Two Completed Application Forms for each applicant. You should sign the application form after filling it fully and taking prints.
    (b)   A valid passport that should have validity for six months on the time of submission of application.
    (c)    Your passport should have at least two blank pages.
    (d)   Twp passport sized coloured photographs that should be in light colour background.
    (e)   Copy of the latest bank statement that should clearly show that you can bear the expenses of your trip.
    (f)    In some cases you may need submit utility bills or council tax
    (g)   Hotel reservation
    (h)   Return ticket
    (i)    Visa fee


    You may be asked to submit additional documents if you are the resident of any other country. Remember that Embassy ask for the additional documents to any candidate at any time before the grant of visa.

    Visa Fee

    Single Entry Visa fee for the British passport holders is 30 GBP for three months tourist visa while the Multiple Entry visa fee for the British passport holders is 60 GBP. Multiple entry visas remains valid for six months.


    If you are the National of any other country, your fee will vary according to your country of residence.

    You can pay your visa fee either in cash of bank draft. In case of physical visit, you need to submit your application fee with your application.

    In case you want to submit your application via post, you will need to postal order along with your application package. Your postal order should be made payable in the name of the “Syrian Embassy in London”. Remember Syrian Embassy does not accept Bank Drafts.

    Submission of Application

    You can apply in person or by postal service. You will need to visit the Syrian Embassy in London between 10:00 to 12:00 from Monday to Friday if you want to submit an application. You are advised to use only registered mail service available in London because Syrian Embassy does not take any responsibility for the loss of the documents. If you are sending your application via post, you should send a pre-paid, stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return delivery of your passport.

    Processing Time


    Syrian Embassy has set six working days for the issuance of the tourist visit visa for the normal applications. However, there might be change in period according to the specific application.

    Receive Visa

    You can collect your visa after six working days from the Syrian Embassy’s visa section in London. Visas are issued only from 14:00 to 15:00.


    However, if you have submitted your application by post, you will need to wait for at least six working days for the delivery of the Visa along with original documents. Your visa will be sent to you in the same envelope that you submitted on the time of application submission.
