Requirements
The Ghana High Commission in London has set certain requirements that should be met in order to get a visit visa. Following are the requirements:
(a) Completed application form duly signed by the applicant.
(b) Two colour passport sized photographs. Photographs should be pasted or stapled in the designated place on application form.
(c) Contact Telephone number.
(d) Proposed date of travel
(e) Passport that should be valid for the at least six months.
(f) Return Ticket.
(g) Bank Statement.
You can also be asked to submit some additional documents by the Ghana High Commission.

Visa Fee
Fee for the single entry visa that will remain valid for three months is £50.00 for standard application. Multiple entry visas for six months costs £70.00. There are two more services that the Ghana High Commission is providing to the UK citizens. The charges for the 72 hours service and 24 hours service are different for UK passport holders and other Nationals.

Submission of Application
You can submit your application in person or by postal service.
In person
If you want to submit your application in person, you should take your application with you. Make sure your application package is completed. Visit the visa section of the Ghana High Commission to submit your application.
Post
If you want to submit your application in post, you should make it sure that you are sending the completed application form. You application form should also include Postal Order, and stamped, pre-paid, self-addressed delivery envelope to receive visa by post.

Processing Time
Standard time for the processing of the applications is seven working days from the day of receipt of application. You can also avail 24 hour and 72 hour service. However, you have to submit an additional fee according to your desired service.

Receive Visa
If you submit your application through post, you will have to wait for the receipt of visa through post by the Ghana High Commission. However, if you submit your application in person, you can collect your visa after seven working days from the visa section of the High Commission.
