The hotel has five restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, and 1901 Restaurant is one of them. It is a stylish restaurant in a traditional building which has pillars that are designed in a classical way, besides having a ceiling which is dome shaped and made of breath-taking stain-glass. As far as the food is concerned, it is prepared under supervision of Michael Kreiling, who is an award winning chef at 1901 Restaurant and bar. The Grade II listed dining rooms of the restaurant offer an elegant place in which you can enjoy seasonal British food.     The 1901 restaurant operates 7 days of the week, when lunch is served Monday through Friday between 12:00 to 14:30. And for a cup of afternoon tea, the place will have to be visited from Monday to Saturday between 15:00 to 17:00 and in case of dinner, 1901 restaurant serves it from Monday to Saturday between 18:30 to 22:00. In case of breakfast, on the other hand, is served between 7:00 to 10:00, and on weekends it is served between 8:00 to 12:00.
