Kasturi Restaurant London
Kasturi is an Indian restaurant which specialises in regional Indian cuisine. The restaurant was started in 2002 by chef Rajendra Balmiki and restaurateur Bashir Ahmad. Both of them created such a venue that focuses on authentic cooking prepared in a method that is healthy for customers. The Kasturi offers high quality dishes by using techniques that were first used in India with fresh and carefully selected ingredients. In essence, the chefs use traditional pakhtoon dishes to create food that does not require too much oil or ghee, this in turn reduces fats and cholesterol in the meals. Moreover, the restaurant has grown over the years and has successfully won many awards and is well renowned among public, with its better quality along with taste as compared to other curry houses in London.
