Ingredients:
(2 oz.) Absinthe and it should be 138 proof or higher than this
(1) Sugar cube
(1) Teaspoon of lemon juice
(4 to 6 oz.) Of tonic water
(3) Cubes of Ice for chilling
(1) Slice of lemon for garnishing

Take a glass and add two oz. of absinthe in it and then add lemon juice and sugar in it.

Take the stir stick and mix the two ingredients briefly until the sugar is dissolved in it completely.

Now add four to six oz. of tonic water in the mixture and stir it once more.

Add the ice cubes in the mixture; your Incredible Hulk cocktail is ready, garnish it with slice of lemon and serve.
