Boundary Commission for England London

Boundary Commission for England reviews the boundaries of constituencies for elections to the Westminster (UK) Parliament, the National Assembly for Wales and the Scottish Parliament. It also reviews administrative boundary and structural reviews deciding wether unitary authorities be established over in an area. Boundary Commission for England is one of the four boundary commissions of United Kingdom which were made under the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986, most recently amended by the Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Act 2011. On 1 April 2002 electoral commission took up the charge for electoral reviews in England and the Boundary Committee for England was made statutory committee of the Commission.

    Facilities & Services

    Boundary Commission of England adheres to Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Act 2011. It computes the electoral quota, using the quota constituencies are allcated to the nine regions of London. It is working to review the total constituencies form 533 to 502 and ensure same number of electors in each constituency.

    By Bus

    Bus number 88 will drop you at Westminster, Horseferry Road Marsham St (Stop NL)‎. Move north on Marsham St/B326 toward Great Peter St. Keep following B326. The boundry commission for England will be on the right.
