How To Get Explosives Licence And Fireworks Registration In London

Explosives and firework sales increase during festival times in London. Since many residents of the British Capital celebrate 5 November, New Years, Diwali and Chinese New Year, sellers stock piles of the fireworks to meet the demand. This storage of explosive material can be hazardous to not only the employees working in the warehouse, but also to residents of the area and the environment. This danger prompted the UK government to pass the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005. The law has made it mandatory for licensing and registration of locations that sell or keep fireworks and explosives of over 2 tons. The registration or licence is done with the local authority or local council.
