    History

It is a restored theatre and has made its mark as being one of London’s major comedy venues. The building developed as Notre Dame hall in 1953 and served as a French cultural centre, and then a place to present punk music. But it was then converted to a theatre in 2001. However, there was a period when it was closed but in 2008, it was reopened and has been hosting comedy, music, cabaret and dance shows ever since.
