    History:

    This center was founded in 1932 by Dr Henry W Featherstone and Sir Ivan Magill. From the beginning their main focus was on Anesthesia, because they aimed to provide safety in sleep. “In somno securitas” was the actual motto of Anaesthesia Heritage Centre’s founders, which means “Safe in Sleep”. In order to proof and keep the usage of this medical facility secure, in the year 2010 the association of Anaesthesia Heritage Centre signed the Helsinki Declaration for Patient Safety in Anesthesiology.

    How to Reach the Anaesthesia Heritage Centre:

    By Tube:

    Oxford Circus Tube Station is 0.3 mile away from the Center, which makes it the nearest rapid transit. By walk, it will take 7 minutes to cover the required distance. After taking an exit from the station, head north on Regent St/A4201 and then move toward the Oxford St/A40. Keep onwalking until you reach at your destination.     By Bus:

    New Cavendish Street (Stop) is 354 feet away from the Anaesthesia Heritage Centre. It will take hardly 2 minutes to cover the distance from the stop till the center. 88, 453, C2, N13, N18 and N207 are the route numbers that make stop at this station. From New Cavendish Street (Stop) walk in the west direction on the New Cavendish St and then take a left turn onto Portland Pl/A4201, you will reach at your destination.
