    Warm up before exercise

    It is extremely important that you warm up before you start your exercise on a trampoline. There are various ways to warm your body up which include stretching, brisk walk or a jog for a few minutes. Exercising without any warm up may result in cramps or muscle pulls during or after the exercise.

    Start by walking

    You can start off by walking slowly around the trampoline. Maintain your composure and balance to find the rhythm, and do the exercise for about 15 minutes or until you have gained the required momentum to turn to the next level.

    Jog on the trampoline

    After the walk, you can shift to jogging on the trampoline. Try to jog on the trampoline in the same way you do on the street or in a park. The most effective way to do is to lift your feet slightly with every step and also move your arms while doing the exercise. This will give maximum exertion to your body and you may be able to burn a lot of calories in this way.

    This is by far the most effective trampoline exercise. You need to stand in the centre of the trampoline and find the right balance. Spread your feet slightly and start jumping with your hands in the air. Repeat the same process and a good way is to clap your hands when you jump. This will help in burning maximum calories.
