Ingredients:
Italian sausage, links: 1 lb
Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
White vinegar: 1/4 cup
Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
Pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice for later): 10 ounces
Pineapple juice (reserved from canned pineapple chunks): 1/2 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch squares: 1/2 cup
Maraschino cherry, drained: 1/2 cup
