How to Treat High Cholesterol with Vinegar

Therefore, it is essential to treat high cholesterol at the earliest to prevent any heart problems. Vinegar can be used to treat it at home naturally and is known as a ‘folk remedy’. Since its natural product, you do not have to worry about side effects that most medicines have. There are also people who do not want to take any kind of medicine and rely on natural products. Treating high cholesterol with vinegar can be the perfect solution for them.

Apple Cider vinegar
– Honey
– Fruit juice

    You are going to use Apple cider vinegar, not white vinegar. Buy a bottle of the vinegar from the local store. The goal is to take two tablespoon of the vinegar each day. If you find the taste too hard to bear, mix the two tablespoons with a teaspoon of honey. The sweetness of the honey will disguise the vinegar taste and you will be able to consume it easily. The portion size is totally up to you. Just make sure that you take two tablespoons on the whole.

    Make yourself a glass of your favorite juice. Now add to the glass a tablespoon of vinegar. The taste of the juice will help neutralize that of the vinegar and you can drink it down easily. Do this two times a day, in the morning and evening, and you will be witnessing points drop in your cholesterol rating.

    You can simply increase the use of vinegar in your food instead of taking it on its own. Replace the use of white vinegar with Apple cider. Use vinegar in salads, soups and other meals. This will also make sure that your entire family is safe from cholesterol risk and stays healthy.
