How to Concoct an Herbal Tea Sleep Infusion
Are you facing trouble in falling asleep at night or lacking sound sleep?
Don’t fret, relax with a cup of herbal sleep tea infusion before going to bed and enjoy a good night’s sleep naturally. The herbs do have a risk of allergic reaction as well as mild side effects, but they do not carry the risk of causing addiction like some commercially sold sleeping medications and tranquilizers do.
Concocting your own herbal tea infusion from premium dried herbs is a simple and easy task and the results are much more pleasing and effective than the over the counter products. This article will provide you with the guidelines to make your own herbal tea sleep infusion.
