How to Make Blue Lotus Perfume

– Lotus oil
– Dilutant, such as vodka or jojoba oil
– Funnel
– Perfume bottle

First of all, take an empty perfume bottle. Clean the bottle well by putting some water in it. Then, take the water out and add the dilutant in it. You can use any dilutant to make your perfume. However, it will be better for you to use vodka or jojoba oil. If you want to make an alcohol-based perfume, you can use the vodka. On the other hand, if you intend to prepare an oil-based perfume, you should go with the jojoba oil. It is very important for you to keep in mind that you have to fill half of your bottle with the dilutant of your choice.

Now, add lotus oil in the bottle. For every 1/8 cup of dilutant, you can add four drops of the lotus oil. Add only one drop at a time. Keep on adding the oil until you get the desired aroma. You must know that the fragrance will intensify after few days. Therefore, don’t add too much oil in the beginning. If you think there is a need for more oil, you can add it later.

Then, mix the lotus oil and the dilutant well after closing the bottle firmly. You will have to shake the bottle for at least one minute in order to blend the dilutant and oil thoroughly.

After that, keep the bottle aside for few minutes so that the oil may get settled. Then, place the bottle in a dark and cool place for around two days before using it.

Apply the perfume on your body after two days and check its smell. If there is a need to add some more lotus oil, add it right away and mix it well again.
