To edit the white balance, make a new adjustment layer by clicking on its icon (a circle half black, half white) in the palette Layers section. In the pop-up menu, select Levels. Move the sliders in the dialog box, so you can lighten or darken the image. Select the appropriate level and click on the area that you do not want to change. Try to click the pipette across the image if you want to change the colour balance of the image.

Follow the main menu command Filter which is designed to keep the detail of the image in a specific radius, where contrasting colour transitions interfere with other parts of the image. Filter effect is opposite to the filter Gaussian Blur. It removes image parts with low frequency and provides the respective users a chance to increase the quality of the image. In this case, it is necessary to smooth out excessive contrast and make the image clarity. In the Filter dialog box, set the value of the radius. You can also look at the effectiveness of the filter and can take a step back to compare the image to what it was before editing.
