How to Make a White Lady Cocktail

White Lady Cocktail was fathered in 1919 by Harry MacElhone, who was a famous bartender at Ciro’s Club in London. This amazing cocktail was first documented in Harry Craddock’s Savoy Cocktail Book in 1930. White Lady Cocktail is best served in a properly chilled cocktail glass. It is made from some of the traditional ingredients including Cointreau, gin and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pink Lady and Blue Lady are the latest versions of the White Lady Cocktail.

Utensils: Cocktail shaker, Cocktail Glass, Stirrer, Straw

Ingredients:

– 2 ounces London dry gin
– 1/2 ounce Cointreau
– 1/2 ounce lemon juice
– 1 egg whites
– Cracked Ice or Ice Cubes
– Lemon Wedge for garnishing – Optional

    Take a cocktail shaker and place some crashed ice in it.

    Gently pour 2 ounces of London dry gin, 1/2 ounce of Cointreau, 1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

    Now crack one egg into it.

    Seal the cocktail shaker properly and shake it vigorously for few seconds until all ingredient mix well.

    Take a chilled cocktail glass and pour the cocktail into it.
