How to Sell RVs On Craigslist
RV is a short form for Recreational Vehicles, and RVs are known as one of the most popular items to sell on Craigslist. So, if you own an RV and planning to sell it online, then nothing can be better than to post your ad on Craigslist.
The ad posting process on Craigslist is really easy, and even a novice internet user can do it. You just need to provide necessary information required by Craigslist and your ad will go online instantly. Every ad remains active for 7 days, before it expires.
So, if you do not get any offer in 7 days, then you can post your ad again.

Open the Craigslist.org. From the main page, you will have to select your region. For instance, if you live in the United States, then you will have to click “US” present the left corner of the top menu.

Now you will be asked to select your state and city. Click on the city where you live in, under your respective state, and you will be directed to your city’s main page.

At the left panel, you will see the “post to classifieds” text link. Click on it, and you will be taken to another page, where you will have to select an option from the “What type of posting is this” section.

Click the circle appearing against the “for sale (please do not post prohibited or recalled items)” option. Click the “Continue” button, and you will be required to select the category for your ad.
If you are owner of the RV, then you need to click the circle against “RVs - by owner” option, or else, you can select “RVs - by dealer” option, if you are a dealer. Click the “Continue” button to proceed. -

You will now be required to enter all the required information, such as your Ad title, Price you are asking for your RV, the location where your RV is available, and your email address where you want to get inquiries from the buyers. You will also have to enter all the necessary information related to the RV you own. Here, you can mention any problem in the vehicle, such as scratches on the body, or repainted etc.

Click the “Continue” button, to proceed to the next step, where you need to click the “Choose File” button, in order to add images of your RV to the ad.

Review your ad and if all looks fine, click the “Continue” button to finish posting your ad on Craigslist.
