Rich flavours of cream cheese, fresh strawberries, condensed milk and vanilla extract come together in this amazing recipe to form a yummy Strawberry Pudding. This Strawberry Pudding recipe is appetizing and healthy as well. Try this lip-smacking treat to find your way to the heart of your loved ones.
Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries - 1 ½ pt.
- Strawberry syrup - ½ cup
- Condensed milk - 1 can
- Cheesecake pudding - 2 sm. pkg.
- Cold milk - 3 cups
- Cream cheese - 1 pkg.
- Cool whip topping - 2 containers
- Vanilla wafers - 1 box
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Strawberries - 2
Instructions
- Wash all of the fruit and other ingredients that you will be using in this recipe.
- You will also want to wash your hands and work area in the kitchen.
- Clean all of the utensils that you will be using as well.
- Put the strawberries in a large bowl or vegetable strainer and rinse well under tap running water.
- Drain them well and wipe dry with a kitchen towel.
- Now cut the strawberries into medium slices or cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle half cup of strawberry syrup over the slices and place in your refrigerator.
- Leave the strawberry slices to cool well while you mix up the remaining ingredients of the pudding.
- Grab another large mixing bowl and place cream cheese in it.
- Now pour condense milk, cold milk, pudding mix and vanilla extract into the bowl.
- Fold in cool whip and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Set this bowl aside.
- Pick a large glass trifle bowl and line its bottom with some vanilla wafers.
- Take out the strawberry mixture from the fridge and use some of it to top the wafer layer.
- Now layer in some cool whip and smooth it with the help of the back side of a large bowl.
- Repeat the wafer, strawberry, pudding and the whip layer until your trifle bowl fills to the top.
- Garnish it with some fresh strawberry slices and a nice drizzle of strawberry syrup.
- You can use whatever you like to garnish this delicious recipe as per your personal preference.
