Bloody Mary Cocktail Recipe

This exotic beverage is an ideal choice for your brunch menu or on weekends because its spicy flavour will give you a chance to enjoy a unique taste. Bloody Mary contains flavours of tomatoes and hot sauce, rest of the magic is done by the tequila. It is up to you whether you wish to have an alcoholic drink or non alcoholic and bring variations in the ingredients by replacing tequila with some other clear carbonated drink. The ratio of ingredients mentioned below serves 2 people, but you can multiply the ratio according to the number of servings or your requirement. It takes hardly 5 minutes to prepare this recipe, which does not include the gathering of ingredients.

Ingredients:

– 1.5 oz of Tomato Juice
– 0.75 oz Vodka
– 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
– 0.2 dash of Worcestershire Sauce
– Celery Salt according to your taste
– Hot Pepper Sauce according to your taste
– For garnishing Celery Stalk or Pickle Spear
– Ground Pepper according to your taste
– For garnishing lime wedges

    Before doing anything you should take some time and clean or wash the entire work surface that you intend to use while preparing a Bloody Mary. Also, do not forget to thoroughly wash your hands, utensils, glass and any ingredients that you might be using. It is a good idea to make it a habit of washing and cleaning everything before preparing any type of food or beverages.

    Take two cocktail serving glasses. If you have a highball glass that would be perfect. However, you can basically use just about any glass that you like depending on your own personal preference.

    Put in a moderate amount of ice cubes in each glass.

    Equally pour the liquid ingredients in each glass and stir them with a spoon, so that the flavours get mixed with each other. Remember you will want a nice smooth texture so be sure to constantly check the consistency of your bloody mary while stirring.

    According to your taste add in the seasoning. Remember it is entirely up to you as to how spicy or tangy you will want your bloody mary. By controlling the amount of seasoning you can find the perfect balance that you and your guests will definitely enjoy.
