Ingredients:
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 250 g of cubed smoked bacon
– 100 g of black pudding, sliced and cubed
– 50 g of walnut halves
– 200 g of fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces
– 100 g of rocket
– 2 tbsp French dressing
– fresh dill
