A patient relations representative is a person who interacts with you when you ask for a stay in the hospital. In addition, the representative also records all the information about you before admitting you to the hospital on an admission form. Besides, he or she keeps an eye on all your activities including your checkups and tests to note down the expenses to make the final bill.

Complete high school
First of all, you have to complete your high school. You can study any subjects in your high school. But, it will be better for you to study English, maths and science as it will prove out to be beneficial for you in the future. -

Study accounting in college
After completing your high school, you must enrol yourself in a two-year programme in any college to learn accounting. You must know that you will have to do all your work as a patient relations representative on the accounting software. Therefore, you must learn all the concepts of accounting well.
